
South China Cosmetics Limited is the exclusive distributor for high quality beauty products of Elemis, Murad and Caron Laboratories.
Our business includes product distribution to wholesalers and retailers; operation of concessionary counters; and operation of spas in Hong Kong, Macau and Singapore.
We are looking for bright, high caliber people with a genuine interest in the beauty industry to fill the following positions:
Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
-
Develop brand strategies to build brand awareness, brand value and enable strong expansion and growth
-
Manage the product development in terms of product positioning, pricing, promotion, inventory control and distribution
-
Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the marketing plan for the specified brand to drive sales at both retail and wholesale sales
-
Responsible for overall performance of the specific brand, including monitoring the financial performance and expenditure of marketing initiatives, promotion and distribution strategies and plans to achieve optimal results
-
Maintain an up-to-date customer database for targeted marketing and PR activities
-
Ensure inventory levels of the specific brand are controlled targeted levels during both slack and peak seasons
Requirements:
-
University graduate in Business, Marketing or related discipline
-
At least 5 years of relevant experience in brand development or marketing, preferable in cosmetics and skincare industry with proven track record

A strategic thinker with pro-active attitude and creative mind
-
Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work under pressure and independently

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficiency in MS Office, Photoshop and other design software

Customer Service Officer (Call Centre)
Responsibilities:
-
Service hotline handling including appointment bookings and answer customer enquiries
-
Good telephone manner with aim to deliver superior customer service to our customers
-
Handle customers’ enquiries, report verbal complaints received and follow up
-
Promoting and cross-selling our services as appropriate
-
Perform clerical and administration works
-
Prepare weekly reports to the management
Requirements:
-
Form 5 or above
-
Experience in Customer Services duties and appointment coordination
-
Sales experience is an advantage
-
Good English communication skill is a must
-
Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills

Self motivated and customer service oriented

Computer literacy, proficient in MS Office, including Word & Excel

Able to work independently and under pressure, willing to perform shift duty if required
Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and leading a team of Sales Executives
- Sales driven with the ability to motivate and train frontline staff to reach their sale targets

To promote the company brands to spas and skincare centres in Hong Kong with a view to opening of new accounts
-
Maintain and explore a list of targeted accounts with the team
-
To manage and provide excellent service and support to these accounts thereby growing their business and achieving monthly sales targets
-
Sound problem solving and customer complains handling skills
Requirements:
-
5 years of experience in a similar role
-
Exposure in distribution channels in spas or beauty salons would be an advantage
-
Dedicated, motivated, energetic, aggressive, presentable and sales orientated
-
A team builder and player with excellent people management skills to coach and train frontline staff
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software applications

Massage Therapist/Beauty Therapist/Laser Therapist
Job responsibilities:
- To provide clients with their chosen Therapy Treatment.
- To conduct therapy consultations, ensuring high levels of customer care and professionalism.
- To greet the clients at the Reception and recommend treatments and home-care products accordingly
Requirements:
- International, recognized diploma in beauty therapy.
- Experience in all aspects of beauty training.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English is a must
- Good interpersonal, communication and telephone handling skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
Sales Executive
Responsibilities:

Achieve weekly and monthly budgeted targets for both volume and sale amounts set by the Sale Manager
-
Responsible for the wholesale sales, identifying a list of targeted customers and expanding sales distribution channels to increases the sales volume
-
Generate business inquiries and conversion of inqury to buiness
-
Ensure orders are promptly followed-up on
-
Ensure all payments are collected on timely basis from customers
-
Ensure customers are provided with all relevant information required to grow their business including promotional calendar, information regarding events and new product launches
-
Liaise with customers to ensure they have the relevant training and development support necessary for their therapists and front line staff
Requirements:

F.7 above
-
2 years of experience in a similar role with exposure in distribution channels such as department stores and/or spas, beauty salons would be an advantage

Sound problem solving and customer complaints handling skills
-
Out going, sales orientated, dedicated, motivated, energetic, aggressive and a team player
-
Familiar with MS Office e.g. MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage
-
Immediate availability is preferred

Less experienced will be considered for Sales Officer position
